At Three Wishes it is my ties to family, that makes my company successful. My concern for others shows in my desire to provide only the finest products to my customers. I started Three Wishes to continue a family tradition that can be passed down to other generations. My mission is to provide my customers with the finest products for all your skincare needs.
Who we are: Tina is the owner, Website Wizard, Head Soapmaker, Fragrance Creator and Recipe Formulator. Heather and Brandon are in packaging and they are customer service experts. Shipping Information:
Orders will be filled within 3 days of receipt. However, during peak times, processing and shipping times can be as long as 2 to 3 weeks and special orders of art work will require more time.
Shipping plus insurance will be charged as listed:
($0 to $20)=$8.95, ($20.01 to $50.00)=$12.95, ($50.01 to $100.00) =$19.40, ($100.01 and up)= Free Shipping
Customers will need to email me with their special requests for the customized art.
Three Wishes accept payments through the secure site of Paypal or you can use Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
We also accept payments of checks or money orders. Print a copy of your order along with any special requests and mail to us along with your form of payment. Be sure to email your order also, so we can have it ready when your payment arrives.
* Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax , if you are located in one of the few counties not charging 5.5% tax, then Three Wishes will include a refund with your order. * Shipping plus insurance is calculated at checkout. * Orders Over $100.00 receive FREE SHIPPING!
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
It is our policy at Three Wishes to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within fourteen (14) days. The items returned must be: (a) in saleable condition*; (b) in the original packaging; and (c) unopened and unused. All packing invoices must accompany the returns and sent to: Three Wishes 418 Pleasant St., Beloit, Wisconsin 53511. *Saleable condition will be deemed and approved by a representative of Three Wishes.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any and all SALE ITEMS, SPECIALS AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS. If you have any additional questions, and we can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
