May 2009

Well, like a lot of times, my intentions were a lot stronger than my ability to blog regularly.  Here it is the end of May, but the trees across the street are beautiful in Beloit, Wisconsin and the lilacs are in bloom.  Since my last blog, I have added two new crafters.    Artist, Susan Anderson of Moonwind Glass Arts Studio brings her special talents to beautiful etched glass work.  And crafters, Dawn and George Castle create very unique and lovely wood crosses, wood boxes and mossaic crosses.   Both of these skilled artists bring a very unique and quality item to Three Wishes.  I will get pictures posted soon (or at least I plan to try)

Welcome to all that stop in here to check out my products.  Today is the first day of Spring.  I am so glad that warm weather is getting closer.  It has been a long cold winter.  I have spent the winter working on a liquid soap formula that I can use on bubble bath, foaming soap and shampoo.  I am quite happy with the results. My hair is very healthy.

My grandchildren all grew bigger and smarter during the winter.  They are a real joy for this soapmaker.  They love coming to Grandma's shop and smelling everything.  My kids are all enjoying their adult lives and always fill me with pride.  My oldest son is in the military, my daughter is a stay at home mom and my youngest son is still deciding on his future.  My husband continues to battle his disease.  Some days he is able to do a little artwork, so continue watching for new items in the Ramsey Artwork section.

We had a lot of success with the items in the Sportsman's Corner.  Many of our hunting customers reported much success out in the field.
